Follow the whole segment lifecycle
Review automatic weight dosing, dispersion, mixing time and production repeatability first. Then define early-age and demoulding requirements, lifting and storage conditions, transport damage controls, TBM thrust and installation actions, dimensional tolerances, gasket and joint performance, and service-stage design.
Verify the component
Plant trials and the specified material or full-scale component tests must reflect the actual mix, geometry and production process. Fibre selection cannot compensate for unverified joint, gasket, curing or handling design, and any reinforcement change requires qualified structural approval.
