This notice explains how the Conchip website handles information submitted for project, technical, distribution and import inquiries.
Conchip is the international product brand of Shandong Kairuida Building Materials Co., Ltd., the manufacturer. Tai Pu Shi Da (Binzhou) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. coordinates international sales, contracts, payment and export work.
The inquiry form collects the contact and business information you choose to submit, including name, company, country or region, email or WhatsApp, role, application, product interest, project conditions or distribution information, and an optional company website or LinkedIn URL for distributor inquiries.
The information is used to respond, understand the requested application or market, review whether available products and documents are relevant, and continue the requested business communication. Form submission does not create a test result or technical approval.
A private inquiry record is stored in the WordPress administration area and an email notification is sent to the stated Conchip contact mailbox. These records are not intentionally published through the public website or its REST API.
The form uses a nonce, a hidden anti-bot field, submission timing and short-term rate limiting. Rate limiting uses a one-way value derived from the network address; the raw address is not saved in the inquiry record by the theme.
Inquiry information is retained only while it is needed for the requested communication and applicable business-record obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. A legal obligation may limit deletion of a required business record.
Website hosting and email providers necessarily process the information needed to provide those services and may process it in other countries or regions. Do not submit confidential formulas, payment credentials or unnecessary personal information through the public form.
The current Conchip theme does not hard-code advertising pixels or analytics tags. If data-handling tools or purposes change, this notice must be updated before those changes are used.
