Select the fibre form with the concrete application
Transparent 45 is a general-purpose macro synthetic fibre made from 100% virgin polypropylene with no added additives. It is available in round, flat and wave forms. The round and flat forms have diamond embossing; the wave form is unembossed. The selected form must be confirmed with the supply and project requirements.
The TDS identifies basic precast, slope support and general concrete as intended application areas. Define the concrete mix, production or placing process, fibre duty, finish and acceptance method before selection. For precast work, review the Precast Concrete Products pathway.
Establish dosage by project
No universal dosage is declared. Establish the dose from project requirements, the selected fibre form, concrete mix, application method and verified trial results. A proposed mass per cubic metre is a trial input, not a guaranteed performance result or an automatic reinforcement replacement.
Verify form, batching and dispersion together
Determine the project dose by weight. For water-soluble collated packaging, add the intact units with cement and aggregates during the normal charging sequence. After all fibre has entered the mixer, continue mixing for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until uniform dispersion is confirmed.
Validate the selected round, flat or wave form, dosage, charging sequence, mixer loading and finished-concrete result in a project-specific trial. Do not assume that different forms produce the same handling, finish or tested result.
Confirm packaging and dry storage
Water-soluble film collated bundles are packed in cartons with a standard net weight of 5 kg or 10 kg. Confirm the fibre form, carton option, quantity, destination and schedule in the inquiry. Keep the original packaging closed, dry and protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
Read the declared values with their limits
The technical profile presents manufacturer-declared specifications from TDS revision 20260701. The equivalent diameter range of 0.70–1.00 mm depends on the selected form. Selected physical-property data are supported by commissioned report JCBG(01)250308655, tested to GB/T 21120-2018.
A commissioned result applies to the submitted sample and is not a guarantee of every batch or every fibre form. Energy absorption and residual strength are not declared. The formal stamped report is not published. Where the project requires accredited evidence, arrange the specified independent testing.

Include the application, preferred fibre form, concrete mix, batch size, mixer, placing or production process, required fibre duty, proposed dosage and acceptance method.
