Start with a project-specific concrete use
Recycled 44 is a macro synthetic fibre manufactured from recycled polypropylene. It has a flattened cylindrical form with thread-like surface embossing and is supplied in black-grey or milky-white colour. Suitability must be verified for each concrete application.
The TDS identifies basic precast, slope support and general concrete as intended application areas. Define the concrete mix, production or placing process, required fibre duty, finish and acceptance method before selection. For precast work, review the Precast Concrete Products pathway.
Establish dosage by project
No universal dosage is declared. Establish the dose from project requirements and verify the selected mix through trial production and testing. Do not infer a fixed dosage, structural capacity or reinforcement replacement from the product name or material category.
Verify batching and the finished concrete
Determine the project dose by weight. For water-soluble collated packaging, add the intact units with cement and aggregates during the normal charging sequence. After all fibre has entered the mixer, continue mixing for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until uniform dispersion is confirmed.
Validate dosage, charging sequence, dispersion, placing or production behaviour and finished-concrete performance in a project-specific trial. Record the actual fibre colour, mix and test conditions with the result.
Confirm packaging and storage before shipment
Water-soluble film collated bundles are packed in cartons with a standard net weight of 5 kg or 10 kg. Confirm colour, carton option, quantity, destination and schedule in the inquiry. Keep the original packaging closed, dry and protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
Separate internal data from independent evidence
The technical profile presents manufacturer-declared specifications from TDS revision 20260701. The stated properties are based on manufacturer internal laboratory data. No independent third-party report is claimed for Recycled 44. Values must be verified for the intended project.
Conchip’s factory-internal laboratory is not accredited, and CE certification has not been issued. This TDS is not a structural design, acceptance certificate or third-party test report. Where independent evidence is required, arrange the specified testing for the actual mix and application.
