Use it for a defined non-structural crack-control task
Monofilament 19 is a white, very fine fibre made from 100% virgin polypropylene with no added additives. The unembossed monofilaments are intended for non-structural crack-control applications in mortar and concrete. They may be combined with macro fibres only in a verified hybrid system.
This product is not presented as a structural fibre. Define the mortar or concrete application, crack-control objective, mix, placing and finishing conditions and acceptance method before selection. Establish dosage by project
No universal dosage is declared. Establish the dose from the mortar or concrete requirements and verify dispersion and crack-control performance by trial. Do not convert a proposed dosage into a structural capacity, residual-strength claim or acceptance result.
Match the batching step to the supplied bag
Determine the batch dose by weight. For an ordinary PE bag, open the bag and add only the fibre; the bag must not enter the mixer. A verified water-soluble unit may be dosed intact only in a compatible mixing process. Confirm the package type before issuing plant or site instructions.
Add the fibre with cement and aggregates during the normal charging sequence. Continue mixing for an additional 3–5 minutes after fibre addition, or until uniform dispersion is confirmed. Verify charging, dispersion and finishing in the actual mix rather than relying on time alone.
Confirm bag type, carton and storage
Option A is a 1 kg water-soluble bag; Option B is a 1 kg ordinary PE bag. The standard carton is 18 kg, with other packaging by agreement. Keep the original packaging closed, dry and protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
Keep the evidence boundary visible
The technical profile presents manufacturer-declared specifications from TDS revision 20260701. Selected physical-property data are supported by commissioned report JCBG(01)250304745, tested to GB/T 21120-2018. A commissioned result applies to the submitted sample and does not establish crack-control performance for every mix or batch.
Energy absorption and residual strength are not declared. The formal stamped report is not published. Project-specific performance and any hybrid system must be verified through the required trial and testing.

Send the crack-control and production conditions
Include the mortar or concrete application, mix, batch size, mixer, placing and finishing process, crack-control objective, proposed dosage, bag preference and acceptance method. For a hybrid trial, identify the macro fibre separately. Add quantity, destination and schedule.
