Start with appearance and the fine cementitious matrix
Modified PP 12 is a transparent, fine modified polypropylene monofilament designed to improve interfacial interaction with cementitious matrices. The round fibre has no physical embossing. It is intended for decorative UHPC, translucent concrete and decorative panels when the complete mix and production conditions are verified.
Define the required appearance, fibre visibility, matrix composition, mixing sequence, flowability, mould filling, curing and acceptance criteria before the trial. Review the UHPC solution pathway for the application and evidence context.
Use 9–15 kg/m³ as a trial starting range
The manufacturer starting range is 9–15 kg of fibre per cubic metre of concrete. Confirm appearance, dispersion and performance through product-specific trials. The starting range does not predict UHPC strength, residual performance, translucency or finished appearance.
Qualify the package and mixing sequence
Determine the required dose by weight. Open and remove the outer package before dosing unless the supplied package is specifically identified as water-soluble. Add the measured fibre with the cementitious ingredients during the normal charging sequence.
Continue mixing for an additional 3–5 minutes after fibre addition, or until uniform dispersion is confirmed. Because this is a fine, low-bulk-density fibre, verify charging, dust control, dispersion, mix temperature, air, flow and the finished surface in the actual production trial.
Confirm export packaging and freight volume
Domestic supply uses 10 kg per bag. Export packaging is agreed with the customer. The low bulk density may require additional freight volume, so confirm packaging, quantity, destination and transport plan before quotation. Store dry, protected from moisture and direct sunlight, with the original package closed until use.

The technical profile presents manufacturer-declared product specifications from TDS revision 20260701. Selected physical-property data are supported by commissioned report JCBG(01)250207848, tested to GB/T 21120-2018. The result applies to the submitted sample; it is not a guarantee for every batch or a decorative UHPC design.
Energy absorption and residual strength are not declared. No modifying-agent identity, ratio or grafting data are public product claims. The formulation is proprietary and is not disclosed in the public TDS. The formal stamped report is not published.

Send the trial conditions and appearance target
Include the product type, matrix composition, batch size, mixer, production sequence, proposed dosage, flow and appearance targets, curing conditions and required tests. Add quantity, packaging preference, destination and timing. Distribution inquiries should include the target market and intended decorative applications.
