Treat the fibre as a controlled mix variable
Modified PP 12 is a 12 mm modified polypropylene fibre with a 0.2 mm diameter. It should not be described as a macro synthetic fibre under a definition that starts at 0.3 mm.
Record the complete trial
Define the intended function and record the binder system, aggregate and admixture conditions, fibre addition sequence, dosage, mixing time, temperature, flowability, air and observed dispersion. Compare only trials with traceable conditions.
Conchip does not predict UHPC strength, residual performance or appearance from fibre dosage alone. Suitability requires controlled testing of the actual mix and production process.
